The restorative solution you choose should be based on the age of the asphalt pavement and the severity of the issues affecting your asphalt driveway or parking lot.

• Overlays – Overlays can be done if the existing base of asphalt is still in good condition. The depth of the overlay is generally between 1 to 3 inches thick depending on the demands of the driveway or parking lot.

• Aprons – New & Repair

• Saw Cut Patching - This process is typically used for damaged pavement which requires full depth replacement. Saw cut and removal is performed, it is replaced with new asphalt and compacted with a vibratory roller.

• Infrared Patching - Infrared patching is a proven method of repairing damaged asphalt surfaces. The infrared process is simply radiation that transfers heat into the damaged asphalt and aids in the repair process.
